Natural complex reserve "Seydyavvr"

The State Natural Complex Reserve "Seydyavvr" is located almost in the center of the eastern part of the Lovozero mountains, in a deep hollow around the largest lake in this mountain range, Seydozero (Seydyavr, Seytyavr, Seydyavvr), as well as along the rapids Seydyavryok (Seydyok) river, which connects the Seydozero Motka (Motkeguba) lake. The lake, rich in fish, has long been an object of worship for the Sami. On the slopes of the valley there are many historical and cult monuments of the people, and the surrounding landscapes formed the basis of numerous legends and legends.
