Fishing on the Kola Peninsula differs significantly from fishing in central Russia and in the south. The vast expanses of the Kola Peninsula, consisting of thousands of rivers and lakes, crystal clear and ever cold water determine the diversity and richness of the underwater world of the Kola Peninsula. Fishing on Kola - trophy pike, perch, freedom-loving brown trout, fingerling, whitefish, cautious grayling, mysterious burbot - this is not a complete list of fish for which fishing enthusiasts break away from their warm habitats. And they rush to the north - to the most beautiful and wild places, untouched by civilization with a minimum of amenities, a lot of dangers and the alluring romance of the Kola Peninsula. The modern topography of the Kola Peninsula was formed during the Ice Age. It is characterized by numerous shallow lakes (3-5 m) with a rocky bottom, and rapids rivers. However, in some places, the depths in the lakes can reach 25 meters or more. Attention! We offer unlicensed fishing in the inland waters of the Kola Peninsula, and we do not capture salmon rivers, for which a permit is required.
Lovozero
Tour program
Option 1
The most economical fishing option. Accommodation at a camp site in the forest-tundra. Transfer to the base by motor boat from the village of Lovozero - 25 km along the water surface of the lake (about 1 hour). The number of days and people in the check-in is not limited. Many kilometers of the lake and the mouths of several rivers and streams are accessible from the base.
Option 2
Rivers and lakes in the central part of the Kola Peninsula. A group of 2 to 8 people on tracked vehicles is thrown into the tundra at a distance of 40-70 km from the village of Lovozero, where a camp is set up on the banks of a river or lake. You must have your own tents, boats and motors. The minimum stay is 6 days. Since the area where the camp is set up is far from civilization, the fish in those reservoirs are less frightened and more walkable.
Option 3
Rivers and lakes of the eastern and northeastern parts of the Kola Peninsula. A group of 4 to 12 people by helicopter is thrown into the tundra at a distance of 70-120 km from the village of Lovozero, where a tent camp is set up on the banks of a river or lake. You must have your own tents, boats and motors. The minimum stay is 5 days. Fishing for trophy trout and pike is especially interesting in these places.
